How It Works
Hourly Rate = Annual Salary / (Hours per Week × Working Weeks per Year)
If you want to account for vacation, sick leave, or holidays, lower the "working weeks per year" number from 52 to however many weeks you actually work — this gives a more realistic effective hourly rate.
